You create a unique Prayer Card by selecting options in this Interactive Form.

Instructions:
Step 1:
Decide who gets the card. Topics for Intercessional Prayers are limited to
Your Choice in Step 3 and must be Emailed to your Email address.
Step 2:
Select Theme.
Step 3:
Select Topic.
Step 4:
Write the Message you want to appear at the Top of the Prayer Card.
Step 5:
Write the Message you want to appear at the End of the Prayer Card.
Step 6:
Enter the name and Email address of the person getting the card, as well as your own.
Step 7:
Purchase the card.
$10.00 minimum. Any amount greater than that is much appreciated.
Step 8:
Submit your donation.
